Sorti dans sa nouvelle version en 2014, le Tomatin 12 ans bénéficie d’un titrage plus élevé à 43% et d’une finition de 6 à 9 mois en fûts de sherry Oloroso, qui enrichit sa complexité aromatique.
Au nez, des notes beurrées précèdent des arômes de raisin sec et d’amande. En bouche, il est doux et équilibré, avec du chêne, de la vanille, du gingembre confit, des zestes d’orange séchée et une touche de menthe fraîche. Il a remporté la médaille d'argent au IWSC en 2014.
