Discover Octomore 17.2 Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, a five year old release that pairs intense peat with a fruit-forward cask influence. Made from Scottish mainland Concerto barley peated to 81 PPM, it matured in French oak casks previously used for Californian red wine and bourbon, then finished in first-fill Port barriques. Rich berry and citrus notes meet black pepper, warming oak and a deep thread of smoke. Bottled at 59.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, it’s a distinctive choice for fans of bold Islay single malt.
