Glenfiddich Experimental Series Project XX 70cl

Glenfiddich Experimental Series Project XX is an innovative Speyside single malt Scotch whisky that pushes the boundaries of traditional whisky making. Created by Glenfiddich Malt Master Brian Kinsman, this unique expression was developed through an ambitious collaboration with 20 Glenfiddich brand ambassadors from 16 countries, each selecting a cask from the distillery’s warehouses. The chosen whiskies were expertly married together to create a complex and distinctive single malt.

Bottled at 47% ABV, Project XX delivers the classic fruity character Glenfiddich is known for, combined with a richer and more layered flavor profile. Matured in a variety of casks—including bourbon barrels, sherry butts, and port pipes—the whisky reveals remarkable depth and complexity.

On the nose, it opens with inviting aromas of apple blossom, ripe pear, summer fruits, and creamy vanilla oak, complemented by hints of golden sugar and subtle spice. The palate is deep and mellow, featuring notes of candyfloss sweetness, toasted almonds, cinnamon, and rich vanilla, balanced with gentle oak tannins. The finish is long, smooth, and warming, leaving lingering notes of sweet oak and delicate spice.
