The Dalmore Cigar Malt Signature Reserve Aged 18 Years brings together whisky matured in American bourbon barrels and four finishing casks: Matusalem sherry, Marsala, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The layered result moves from a rich, fruitcake-like sweetness to bitter cocoa and a gentle glow of spice. Made with cigar pairing in mind, it also stands well on its own.
