Distilled in 2009 and matured for 15 years, this Highland single malt brings together American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, hand-selected Matusalem sherry casks and Graham’s 10-year-old Tawny Port pipes. Dark plum, Manuka honey and gentle spice open onto Morello cherry, dates, fresh fig and candied orange, with a finish reminiscent of ginger cake and roasted chestnut. A vibrant vintage Dalmore for those who enjoy richly layered Scotch whisky.
