The Dalmore 17 is a Highland single malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and finished in a rare trio of sherry casks: Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem. The sherry influence draws out Seville orange, orchard fruit and warming wood spice, followed by poached pear, forest berries, toffee and orange marmalade. Dark chocolate orange and dried fruit linger with a hint of baking spice. A rich, expressive Scotch whisky with a long, layered finish.
