Cette édition limitée 2023 de la série Wine Series de GlenAllachie a d’abord vieilli dans des fûts de bourbon en chêne américain avant d’être affinée dans une sélection de fûts de vin européens choisis par le maître assembleur Billy Walker. Le résultat : un single malt complexe et élégant, aux notes de fruits rouges, de miel, de cacao et d’épices douces. Embouteillé à 48 %, sans filtration à froid et sans colorant ajouté, il offre une texture soyeuse et une finale riche et harmonieuse.
