The Dalmore Quartet est un single malt des Highlands qui réunit l’influence de quatre types de fûts. Après une première maturation en fûts de chêne blanc américain ayant contenu du bourbon, le whisky poursuit son vieillissement en fûts de bourbon de premier remplissage, de sherry Apostoles et Matusalem, ainsi qu’en barriques de Cabernet Sauvignon. Il en résulte un whisky parfumé et complexe, aux notes de raisins rouges et de raisins secs juteux, avec des touches de chocolat et de réglisse.
