Le Knockando Richly Matured 15 ans est un single malt non tourbé, expressif et raffiné, vieilli en fûts de sherry espagnol.
Il se déguste aussi bien avec une tarte aux pommes relevée qu’avec quelques glaçons dans un verre tumbler. Cela dit, aucun accompagnement n’est nécessaire : ses arômes de fruits compotés, de chocolat noir et de sherry s’expriment pleinement grâce à son vieillissement soigné.
