Bushmills 21 ans vieillit pendant 19 ans dans des fûts ayant contenu du sherry et du bourbon, avant d’être transféré dans des fûts de Madère pour les deux dernières années de maturation. Chaque bouteille de ce single malt est numérotée, car il est produit en quantités limitées.
